After finishing the Patch and Dash block of the week quilt, Nancy McNally started another block of the week with Woodland Christmas. She has weekly tutorials on YouTube.
Since Joann had closed, I needed to find a new source for quilting cotton. I tried Michael's when I was in Sacramento, but he didn't have any. So I went to a quilt store, The CaliQuilt Co. I bought the three greens I needed there, but the price was higher than I was used to paying at Joann's. So I bought the rest at Walmart.
I used my Bernina 1120 to sew the blocks.
I used my Bernina 640 to sew on the borders.
Here it is, before being quilted. It is supposed to be a Christmas quilt, but I think it would work all year. It makes a great wall hanging.
